Our design fees vary based on trip complexity including group size, destination and length. We do keep our fees as low as possible.   We will communicate your specific fee once we have an understanding of your particular trip, and in advance of preparing a draft itinerary.

Merge TRAVEL  does not rely solely on commissions from hotels, cruise lines, tour companies and travel suppliers. We never want to be motivated to select a product (hotel, tour, experience) based on prospective commissions; rather we will be motivated by those products that provide you, the client, with the maximum vacation experience because you have secured our services.

Our design fee is your insurance that we will make authentic decisions based on your travel style and vacation vision. If you love boutique hotels, and we find that perfect fit but they pay a low commission, we will book it anyway. If we find an amazing experience aligned with your interests that pays no commission, we will arrange for you to participate anyway. We truly want you to have the most amazing vacation experience. 

Time is money, right?  And, your time is valuable.  For that reason alone, you will save money by using our services.

Additionally, we have do have access to products/suppliers not available directly to consumers.  

There are 2 ways to book a vacation.

1)  You outline all your travel wishes, and we create the trip of your dreams, regardless of cost.

2) You tell us what you have allocated for your vacation, and we'll book as many of your travel wish list items as possible.

At Merge TRAVEL we LOVE to travel.  We continue to work through our own personal bucket lists.  When we are designing ANY  vacation  we collaborate with travel partners and colleagues planted all over to globe to create amazing vacation experiences.  We have access to many resources, and we are leveraging those relationships for YOUR vacation.

Rewards are awesome!  We can assist in using your airline points for flights, but we are unable to use your hotel loyalty programs.
