When you schedule that first consultation,
we will focus on how to curate your next
amazing adventure.
Our discussion will include:
places you've been,
what you've enjoyed,
what you have NOT enjoyed and
your overall vision for this trip.
Once we have a good understanding of the scope of your trip,
we will prepare a customized quote for our travel design fee
The Plan
Once the design fee is paid ,
we begin the vacation planning process.
We will schedule another meeting within 7-10 days
to review a proposal
with you.
We will work together to fine-tune the itinerary
until it meets your exact specifications.
The Booking and Payment
Your travel arrangements will be finalized
upon receipt of your booking authorization.
We will deliver the final itinerary via an app.
Note: If pricing has changed between presentation and booking, we will communicate any cost differences
The Anticipation
This is the best part. Your planning is done!
We will monitor your trip details and
relay information you might need.
As your departure date gets close, we will share packing list information,
entry requirement reminders
and any other useful information
we uncover about your chosen destination or accommodations.
The Trip
We will be available during your travels
should any travel support be necessary.
